Hotel Key Cards

We offer three choices in key cards …. Standard key cards with designs that can be used at any hotel, branded/logo keys, and custom key cards. Custom key cards are a great way to focus your guests on what the hotel offers: great views of the area, interesting architecture, special amenities, or even a map of how to locate the hotel.  We have seen all sorts of ideas of how to extend the key into another piece of marketing literature, so that guest returns again and again, while telling others!

Hotel Key Envelopes/ Hotel Key Folders

We offer a variety of choices here – from low cost standard key card envelopes to fold over pockets that are fully customized.  We offer great discounts when we can provide both key cards and key card envelopes / key card folders. Contact us for details and pricing.

Special Custom Key Cards

We can provide custom key cards to recognize a hotel’s special customers. This can include frequent visitors to special groups or companies that regularly use your hotel. This could also be a service offering, so that special events like weddings and meetings have this choice available to them.  These types of guests are seeking some sort of commemorative or promotional item for their visit and we help the hotel deliver!

Advertising Co-op Keys

Under this program we work with the hotel to actively seek outside advertisers and/or sponsors of the key.  With this program, the hotel saves the cost of the key card, or key card jacket, as well as offers our joint customer a great new tool to ensure the success of the visit.

Stationary and Other Products

We offer all the other products you need to manage your front desk, as well as in-room needs.  We offer everything from stationary to do not disturb signs (DND), as well as towel re-use cards.  By choosing Access Marketing to provide many of your products, we are able to customize in a consistent manner and carry your imaging across all products.

Biz Tip #3: Custom cards enhance guest’s memories and add lots of marketing punch!

Key cards are one of the supplies every hotel must provide. While these are one of the least expensive items the hotel must purchase, they are a great way to increase the hotel’s branding efforts. These are often seen 5 to 10 times a day – one of the best advertising mediums out there! For just a slight premium above generic key cards, you are able to fully customize the key card for your guest. For just pennies, you can:

• Provide every guest with a “business card”: There are so many “business card” uses of a key card: it helps if the guest needs to let a taxi driver know where the guest is staying, if the guest keeps the card, it provides a ready reminder of where to stay the next time, and it further strengthens any branding efforts.
• More importantly, it can be a very inexpensive way to advertise the hotel’s services and in-house facilities. If the card’s graphics are able to alert the guests to use the spa, restaurant or bar and it increases the sales, it quickly pays for the cost of the cards in no time at all. If your hotel does not have on-site facilities, this becomes a way to look for local restaurants and bars to sponsor your key cards and most likely add some additional revenue.
